Where can I download this IIS v6.0.
IIS 6.0 is not downloadable. It's part of Windows 2003 and you just need to install it. See here for install steps:

|||You can't. IIS 6.0 only works on Windows 2003 Server.|||Dear friends, got the point, the iis 6.0 works with windows server 2003, iis 5.1 works with windows xp and iis 7 .... works with windows vista.
but one can download and install iis 6.0 manager to manage the sites hosted on an iis 6.0 from windows xp.
